Robbery

Robbery carries a maximum possible jail term of 10 or 20 years, depending on the facts and circumstances of the case, including whether a weapon was used and any injuries that were alleged to have occurred.  Under certain circumstances it is possible to clear this type of charge from your record, even if you think you are guilty.

We have represented numerous people charged with Robbery. There are many different types, from the typical liquor store holdup to a shoplifting case where force is used to take property. These cases usually involve some type of eyewitness testimony.
