Disorderly

Disorderly Conduct is a common crime, usually charged as a petty misdemeanor with a possible 30 day jail sentence.  This crime is essentially disturbing the peace.  For instance, you scream and yell so much that traffic nearby starts to be affected.  To be a petty misdemeanor, the police are first supposed to warn you to stop the unlawful behavior.  Also, there has to be someone other than the police bothered by your conduct for the government to proceed against you.
