Promoting Gambling is either a misdemeanor, or felony, depending on the amounts involved and other statutory factors. If you have no prior record you may be able to have these charged expunged from your record, even if you think you are guilty.

We have represented numerous people for Promoting Gambling. Usually, there is an undercover officer who witnesses the alleged crime. The police come back later and make the arrest. To prove its case the government has to show that you helped facilitate the gambling process by doing things like being the dealer, or providing cash outs on machines.
