Threatening

 

Misdemeanor Terroristic Threatening is a commonly charged crime.  If you intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly threaten to harm someone's person or property you can be charged with this crime.  It is a full misdemeanor with up to one year in jail.  If a weapon is used to make the threat, you could be charged with a felony.
