The following penalties apply to the court proceedings if you are found
guilty of DUI. A conviction for DUI drugs and alcohol are substantially
the same.

A fourth conviction within 10 years of 3 prior convictions for
DUI is a separate crime of Habitual DUI. This is a class C felony,
punishable by up to 5 years in jail and a $10,000 fine. Your license can
also be revoked for up to 5 years (but it can also be revoked on the civil side
for life in this category).
